It’s an important update today – so let’s get on right into it.
We’d like to start by thanking all of the UDOO holder community, our Beta testers and launch creators, and anyone else who has been on this journey with us.
As we communicated last week, since the beta we’ve been working hard to bring our vision to fruition.
This is not a one-time news event. This our first announcement and we will have much more as we get closer to launch.

I’m excited to say that it’s almost time to say hello to the new way.
Before I tell you more about the platform, we have some very important and big news to share.
We have completely re-organised to put us in a fantastic position for the mass market.
The new Company is called Hyprr inc, and is fully incorporated and based in the United States.
So Howdoo is no more, and we are now Hyprr. And importantly our platform is called Hyprr too. You can register for notification of access now at www.hyprr.com.
Along with our US lawyers and our corporate banking partner, Wells Fargo and a new strategic investor (news to come this week), we’re excited to bring our vision to market under a new brand.
We’ve been busy finishing the building and testing of our own blockchain, and the whole team has been working hard to complete the app build, not only getting feedback from our existing supporters but also finding new ones to join us on this journey. Along with a new name, we also have a new native token that will be called the Hyp. There will be a 1:1 swap of the UDOO to the HYPE and the tokenomics will remain exactly the same with the same supply.
But let’s talk about Hyprr the platform. The market has moved significantly over the last year, and the game has changed.
Short-form video, music integration, streaming and augmented reality is now the norm, so we’ve rebuilt the platform to retain all the features that everyone loved in the beta and more including photos, videos, streaming, blogs and podcasting and to incorporate all the new features that users have been experiencing, from Snapchat with it’s AR on photos and video to TikTok with short videos featuring music from your mobile.
Now factor onto these features the ability to tip, donate, pay for content and subscribe, and we have a world-beating platform.
One of the areas that the team has worked on the most post-beta, has been videos and streams.
So we launch with not only full picture-in-picture on streams, video on demand, and a whole new video and discover interface but we also have improved areas such as embedding a video editing suite into the app, which renders in the cloud to save creators having to edit in separate applications and upload, we also automatically pick preview images for posts and use our AI to create editable video showreels. This brings a Netflix experience to user-created video content, and all designed with creators in mind for maximum efficiency.
Also from an in app sales perspective, creators will be able to allow a preview % to be viewed before requesting payment to watch more.
We’re going to announce more details on features over the coming days, and we’re excited to showcase some of the key elements like Streaming and the Short video recordings from your phone.
So our first creator testers are in, and setting up channels and if you are a creator and want to request access we’ll open that up this week.
We’re excited to launch the app to the general public in late August, this will be published to the Google Play, Huawei App Gallery, Samsung App Store and IOS (date live for download subject to platform review and publication).
With over 100k people re-registered, expanded our creators for launch, with a collective following exceeding 350m users, and while we’re not expecting them all to rush to join us, we do expect multi-millions – and that’s a great base for us to launch from.
But we want your help! Our new native token will be called the Hype, but we haven’t named the unit.
This week we will launch a naming competition for the HYPE Unit with the chance to win $1,000 in BTC for the person that the suggested the winning name. The competition will be live tomorrow.
